Our Client Relation Specialist will greed you and try to assist you with your cat’s needs. We ask you to feel free to ask them any questions on you mind. Also, before leaving make sure that one of the staff scheduled your follow up / recheck for your cat so the doctor can provide your cat with complete veterinary health care.

Reception Area

Upon arriving to our hospital we ask clients to register in the sign in sheet, and be seated until staff member pull your file or set up your new account in the computer , open new medical record file then you will be escorted to the consultation room to meet the doctor for consultation and or examination of your kitty cat. While you are waiting, please feel free to browse our client’s library. If this your first visit, please count on that it will take about 10 minutes to set up your new account and open file with to establish a medical history data file.
